Featuring animations, gamification, scenario-based learning, downloadable tools and more, learners will foster courage to have difficult conversations and ask the right questions when they’re faced with new situations.
Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion helps learners understand what unconscious bias is, how it shapes the world we live in, and offers practical steps to create more inclusive cultures, practices and processes. Featuring animations and scenario-based learning, as well as downloadable tools, it encourages learners to think critically and reflect on their own biases and how it may influence their beliefs, attitudes and behaviours at work and beyond. Importantly, it empowers learners to ask the right questions and apply simple strategies in different settings to interrupt bias and be consciously inclusive.
