Reclaim: Feminist Leadership supports you to deepen your feminist practice and transform your activism and leadership through an intersectional lens. Featuring leadership lessons from EQI’s founder and CEO, Dr Emma Fulu, and insights from our team and collaborators, this course distills the best of EQI’s collective knowledge supporting feminist movements, activists and leaders over many years.
Through this course you’ll re-imagine what leadership can and should be, and apply the joyful, transformative power of intersectional feminist leadership to your life, no matter where you lead from. Because it’s not what you do that defines your leadership. It’s how you lead.
This course will help you to:
- Understand what intersectional feminist leadership is, where it comes from, and how to put it into practice.
- Define your unique purpose as a feminist leader and step into leadership on your own terms.
- Unpack power and privilege in relation to your leadership, unlearn imposter syndrome and learn to take up space, whilst sharing power with others.
- Learn how to take effective, sustainable action to drive positive change.
